One year after the release of Mortal Kombat 1, Warner Bros. Games has unveiled a gameplay video featuring Takeda Takahashi, the newest character set for inclusion in the Kombat Pack on July 30th. Early access players will have the opportunity to try out Takeda a week earlier, starting from July 23, 2024. In the storyline, Takeda Takahashi is introduced as Kenshi’s cousin, who grew up within the Yakuza and was chosen to bring an end to Kenshi’s mission against his masters.
In this new trailer, Takeda’s array of movements, inspired by the Shirai Ryu, takes center stage.
